The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, Alabama 36112 is seeking sources for the following: twenty on-line muti-use training subscriptions. Programmers write code in a variety of different programming languages and are frequently being tasked with learning new languages to remain on the cutting edge of technology. Online courses should be designed to educate, familiarize and refresh individuals on a wide variety of applications without the necessity of spending TDY money or contracting for instructors to come teach in house, and should provide "hands-on" instruction and video demonstrations. Subscriptions should have the ability to assign and reassign accounts, as needed, to an unlimited number of users. Among the most crucial needs are courses in programs such as "Flex^TM," an Adobe® developed, highly productive, free open source framework for building and maintaining expressive web applications that deploy consistently on all major browsers, desktops, and operating systems, and MySQL. Subsrciptions should allow access to a comprehensive series of reports and graphs that track usage per account and offer other statistical data such as most viewed titles, total usage by all users, etc. The North American Industry Classification System code is 519130 with a size standard of 500 emp.
