The FCC believes that Warren Communications is the only source reasonably available to meet its requirements and therefore a sole source award is authorized in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). The FCC anticipates issuing a solicitation to Warren Communications five (5) days after the date of publication of this notice. The FCC does not intend to make the solicitation available through FedBizOpps, pursuant to FAR 5.102(a)(4). The anticipated award date is 20 days after the date of publication of this notice. The contract term will be twelve months and the estimated contract value is below $100,000.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all capability statements or quotations received by the response date of this notice will be considered by the FCC. A determination by the FCC not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the FCC. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
