The Office of Personnel Management intends to issue an award on a sole source basis that will result in a purchase to Data Foundations, Inc. for the OneData software and related support needed to provide one central repository for data standards and reference data which can easily be integrated with current and future OPM systems and with other Federal agency systems. Data Foundations, Inc. is the sole service provider. This requirement is conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 511210. The size threshold for determining whether or not an offeror is a small business is a company with gross annual sales note exceeding $23.0 million. The contractor will provide OneData software and related support and is made up of the following components: a. OneData with Base modules and 100 objects b. Module – Workflow with Dual Schema c. Module - Distribution d. Module – Web Services/API e. Module – iHooks/Rules Engine f. Module – OneData Anywhere with Public User g. 10 named Read-Write Users h. 10 named Read-Only Users i. 1st Year Annual Maintenance and Support j. Implementation Services, Senior Consultant – 20 days (estimated duration) k. Training – 10 days (estimated duration) l. Unlimited number of Objects (including 1st year AMS) THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE IS TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF FAR SUBPART 5.2. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT. All parties interested in this procurement must submit a capability statement within 3 calendar days from the date of this notice. Submissions after that date will not be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. Interested parties wishing to submit their questions, interest, and capabilities must do so in writing via email. Oral and facsimile requests for information will not be considered. Verification of receipt of electronic transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor.
