CLEAN WATER SERVICES NOTICE OF INTENT TO PURCHASE THROUGH INTERSTATE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase one Tymco Model 435 Regenerative Air Sweeper (Sweeper) from Tymco, Inc. (Tymco), the Sweeper manufac turer, through an interstate coop erative procurement conducted by the Hous ton-Galveston Area Council Cooper ative Purchasing Program (HGAC). The District is a member of HGAC's cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220. HGAC issued Sealed Bid Solicitation No. SW04-18 requesting competitive bids for Sweeping Equipment and awarded a contract to Tymco. District shall purchase the Sweeper from Tymco for the sum of $153,185. Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from Tymco through this Interstate Cooperative Procure ment by submitting written comments to Heidi Blasingame, Procure ment Coordinator at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 no later than August 30, 2019.
