Pursuant to Far Subpart 13-106-1(b)(1) the Naval Hospital Bremerton, Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to Liebel-Flarsheim, in the amount of $32,986.36 to repair radiographic/fluoroscopic system. The requesting department has determined that Liebel-flarsheim is the only authorized vendor that can satisfy this requirement for this service. This notice is not a request for quote and no solicitation will be issued. A determination by the Government not to seek competitive quotes on this procurement has been made and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any vendor that believes they could provide this service can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses will be used for future acquisitions.
