NOTICE OF REQUESTS FOR RESPONSE NO. 2021-11/PWP-NY-2022-138 ONE STOP SHOP BUILDING COMPLETION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nye County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, (herein called the “COUNTY”) invites RESPONSES for North Blagg Road, located in Pahrump, Nye County, Nevada. The project consists of Completion of a building One Stop Shop Building based on a drawing incorporated into this bid package. Total Bid Price will include the total cost to complete the building including electrical, water, sewer and plumbing all underground and HVAC systems. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting for this project to be held on December 2, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the One Stop Shop at 2041 E. Calavada Blvd., Pahrump, NV 89049. All responses must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “/RESPONSE NO. 2021-11/PWP-NY-2022-138 ONE STOP SHOP BUILDING COMPLETION.”. No verbal, e-mailed or facsimile transmitted responses will be accepted or considered. The sealed responses will be accepted to the physical location of Nye County Purchasing Department, 2101 E. Calvada Blvd, Ste 200, Pahrump, NV 89049, until 2:00 p.m. on December 15, 2021. Opening of the responses will commence at 2:00 pm on December 15, 2021, in the Nye County Purchasing Department, 2101 E. Calvada Blvd, Ste 200, Pahrump, NV 89049.
