***On-Ramp Event Notice***

Once the Government has unencumbered original awards, it is the intent to initiate an on-ramping event, per solicitation section H.40 ON/OFF RAMPING, for the restricted business pool.

A solicitation for an on-ramp event will be open to all eligible potential small business Contractors as early as 30 November 2018. Details on proposal submission and evaluation of the on-ramp event will be provided in the solicitation. It is contemplated that firms will be able to identify their interest and submission for all channels, or for individual channels. Criteria for prioritization of selection across channels will be at the discretion of the SEC. The number of estimated Contractors added as a result of an on-ramp event will be determined at a later date, but the amount of actual awards will be at the sole discretion of the Government. The award of additional ID/IQ Contracts does not increase the overall ceiling or period of performance of the original pool of Contracts. The award of additional ID/IQ Contracts as a result of on-ramping may increase the overall number of Contracts awarded.

Contractors cannot hold more than one ONE IT ID/IQ Contract at any given time. A Contractor cannot be a prime on one team and a subcontractor on another team
