THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. This presolicitation notice, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, is posted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to announce the intention to re-open solicitation 50310218R0005 in accordance with Section H.40 of the original solicitation on or about 17 December 2018.

It is anticipated that this on-ramp event is for the restricted (small business) pool and proposals may be requested by Service Channel to allow interested contractors to propose to a specific channel rather than covering all seven (7) Service Channels. The SEC is contemplating to set-aside for small business in certain socio-economic categories. This procurement action intends to add a reasonable number of multiple award contractors to the existing ONE IT pool, dependent on business needs and/or quality proposals received.

This presolicitation notice is issued for the purpose of exchanging information regarding this on-ramp event with industry.
