The Library of Congress requires the services of a professionally trained Conservation Technician with experience in the evaluation, conservation, treatment, housing, documentation, and stabilization of selected book and paper collections. The purpose of this amendment is to post the Library's responses to vendor questions in the attached QA document and to extend the response due date by one (1) business day.
