The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain firm fixed price proposals from firms specializing in providing On-Demand Transportation Services for clients with special needs. It is the County’s intention to select a pool of transportation providers as a result of this RFP. The number of providers awarded contracts will be dependent on the number and quality of proposals received. The County does not guarantee a minimum amount of services to any one contractor.
