The City of Clovis is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call right-of-way acquisition services. These services will be on an intermittent basis. The City will enter into a contract with the individual or firm selected to provide these services. The City invites qualified firms to submit a written proposal (4 copies, not more than 10 pages each); including resumes, applicable experience, proposed approach, graphical schedule, and firm description. An electronic file must also be submitted on a single disk or portable hard drive in addition to the 4 hard copies of the proposal.
