The Planning Division of the City of San Carlos is seeking qualifications from experienced environmental consulting firms to enter into an Agreement for Professional Services. The City is interested in adding qualified firms to our established list to assist in the preparation of environmental assessments under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the City’s planning projects. The City is requesting qualifications from environmental consulting firms with extensive experience in preparing notices of exemption, initial studies, negative declarations/mitigated negative declarations, and environmental impact reports for similar communities in California.
