CVWD is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide on-call Biennial Engineering Services to assist CVWD in meeting its goals for executing its Capital Improvement Program on an on-call basis from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025. Professional engineering services will be required for some or all phases of capital projects, including Planning/Preliminary Engineering, Survey and Mapping, Technical Studies/Reports, Final Engineering, Construction Bid Support, and Engineering Services During Construction.
