The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) FA4686-16-R-0010 is being used for procurement of OmniSTAR DGPS Subscription Service. Refer to the attached Statement of Need (SON) and SF 1449 Solicitation for more information.

Beale AFB, CA intends to award a single award for OmniSTAR DGPS Subscription Service In Accordance With (IAW) the attached SON. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is marked for full and open competition.

Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award. Offerors may register at www.sam.gov . A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
