The U.S. Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – Armaments Center, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed-price contract to Resodyn Acoustic Mixers, Inc., 130 N Main Street, Suite 630, Butte, MT 59701-9314, under the HUBZone Small Business Program in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 19.1306(a). The requirement is for the delivery, installation and training of one (1) OmniRAM Resonant Acoustic Mixer. Resodyn Acoustic Mixers, Inc. is a HUBZone small business and is the found capable of providing the Acoustic Mixer to meet the Government’s requirement.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or proposal, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 334513 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than November 17, 2020 in writing.
