The Heartland of America Park (HOA) and Lewis and Clark Landing Park (LCL) Amenities Project is part of the Omaha RIverfront Revitalization Project for Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA) in Omaha, NE. Kiewit Infrastructure Co. (Kiewit) is the Construction Manager for MECA and HDR Architecture, Inc. (HDR) is the lead designer.
