3.            Please insert pricing on Page 3 & 4 along with net amount & delivery times

4.            Please complete information in all "Fill-in" provisions and clauses, especially:

a.            FAR 52.212-3 (when applicable)

5.      Please provide a written statement to explain how your company is going to meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2.

The solicitation response date is July 26th, 2018, not July 26th 2020 as denoted in the SF  1449. An Amendment will be issued to correct the solicitation response date.
