The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis IAW FAR 13.5 with Olink Proteomics Inc. as the only responsible source that can provide Walter Reed Army Institute of Research to procure Olink Proteomics Olink® Target reagent kits in order to support the mission of Medical Readiness Systems Biology Branch (MRSB) at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR).
