NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:

The Hawaii Air National Guard, USPFO Purchasing and Contracting Division, Kapolei HI 96707 has a requirement ot procure 12 month and 2 option years of oil water separator services. The Government intends to procure this service with:

Preliminary market research indicates that there are no other local vendors capable of providing this service. Reached out to local vendor's identified through SBA and received no positive feedback. A solicitation was posted on FBO, wherein 2 vendors attended the site visit and only one quote was received. This service entails periodic pumping, disposal, testing, and cleaning of 2 sumps located at JBPHH Hawaii.

In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the requirement would be advantageous to the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation, and a solicitation will not be issued. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is June 04, 2017, at 4:00pm Eastern Time.
