COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP).

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621340, with a small business size standard of $8 M.  The Florida Air National Guard Contracting Office is seeking OHWS (Optimizing the Human Weapon System) services for aircrew to reduce frequency and severity of injuries, reduce time lost from service, improve long term quality of life, optimize human performance/readiness, avoid injury prior to occurrence, increase aircrew production, and support fighter aircrew retention in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance: The period of performance is 12 months and four 12-month option years.  The total period of performance shall not exceed five years.
