Amended: please see revised SF1449 Solicitation

The purpose of this amendment is to alter performance specifications and extend the due date

1.) The line item description listed performance hours shall decrease from 180 to 150, a reduction of 30 hours

2.) The proposal submission due date has been extended from 11 September 2020 to  Wednesday, 16 September 2020 at 10:00 a.m. CST, an addition of 5 calendar days

3.) All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.

Objective:  The purpose of placing OHWS program Specialists to aircrew is to reduce frequency and severity of injuries and time lost from service, improve long term quality of life, optimize human performance/ readiness, avoid injury prior to occurrence, increase aircrew production, and support fighter aircrew retention. The Contractor shall furnish consultation and reports, similar to the range of services found in a commercial facility, as well as services specialized to meet the needs of fighter aircrew. 

General: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform injury prevention and mitigation, pre-habilitation services, and human performance optimization services to rated personnel assigned to the applicable fighter aircraft units.
