This is a request for proposal for Optimization of the Human Weapon System (OHWS) pre-habilitative services to be performed on Gowen Field in Boise, Idaho.  This will be a firm fixed price contract for one year with an option for one additional year of service.  Interested offerors should review the attached solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS).  Please direct all questions to the contracting office listed below.  All written communication must be submitted electronically, hard copies will not be accepted.
