The OHSU Health Equity organization, a new umbrella unit at OHSU, seeks to partner with communities and community-based organizations to co-create viable solutions that advance health equity. OHSU is seeking a consultant/team with a proven record in how to engage communities across Oregon (and SW Washington) and understands the socio-political and economic landscapes present in academic health systems. In addition to business acumen, the ideal consultancy would have a diverse team of professionals with both lived and learned experience by working in underserved communities, implementing trauma-informed practices, and exercising cultural responsiveness.
