ODOT is issuing this RFP to solicit proposals to provide turnkey services for electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) at up to 26 sites through the State. These services include site acquisition, design, purchase, construction, installation of hardware (and accompanying EVSE management software), operations, maintenance and reporting.
