The Ohio Air National Guard has need for a construction project (Project No: NLZG222011) to update Base Signage and Repair road signs, update front gate sign and miscellaneous buildining identification numbers at Rickenbacker AB. In summary this project consists of repairing and replacing inadequate base signage around the base at multiple locations that do not meet AFI requirements.

The construction/contract duration is anticipated to be 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction.

This project is being solicited as a competitive Small Business Set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238990, with a size standard of $19,000,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $25,000 to $100,000.
