From the date of receipt, the Contractor must index, process, and re-file records, within five working days. The Contractor shall ensure that the web-based inventory/slotting system is capable of generating reports, summaries and other data compilation for: total quantity of containers, total cubic feet, container types, container location, as well as by other data elements common to the records storage industry and accept up to 3 FTC generated specific data fields.
5. The Contractor's computerized systems must be able to communicate with the Commission's electronic inventory system providing the following: A single view into the Commission's entire physical records inventory, both on-site and off-site, that enables the Commission to apply policies (e.g., litigation holds, disposition, etc.) to inventories.
