OFFICER'S ROW RE-ROOF - BUILDINGS 603 & 701 Bids due 11:00 am, April 6, 2021 INVITATION TO BID ITB #21-15 Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m., Pacific Local Time, April 6, 2021 and will publicly open and read aloud at that time on the same day on a virtual platform, for the following: This contract provides for demolition of existing historic building roofing and associated trim and installation of new to match on Buildings 603 and 701 and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The contract work shall be fully complete within 40 working days from the Notice to Proceed. Substantial completion must be achieved no later than June 29, 2021. An optional pre-bid meeting is to be held at 10:00 am, local time on Thursday, March 25, 2021, at the project site on Officer's Row. Contrac tors should meet on the lawn between Building 603 & 701. Interested prime contractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting, questions concerning the Contract Docu ments and the proposed work will be discussed. A tour of the project site will be conducted after the meeting, after which, no other formal tours or site visits will be scheduled. All attendees will be required to sign into the pre-bid and complete a COVID Self-Assessment and follow all social distancing requirements.
