FIU’s Office of Alumni Relations is seeking a vendor to provide turnkey services for their Homecoming Tailgate taking place at FIU’s MMC campus during the 2022 Football Season. The date of the Homecoming Tailgate is October 8, 2022. The event time runs from 4:30 to 6:30 pm, with set-up taking place earlier between 8 am and 12 pm. The tailgate, or pre-game reception, will take place on FIU’s MMC Campus in the Parkview Residential Multipurpose Room, with an expanded outside area, half covered and half open with lawn and sidewalk space. A full theme décor package included in pricing structure.
