This Special Notice constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG38-13-Q-010069 is issued as a Notice of Intent to Award to the OEM or a fully capable vendor. A capable vendor must be in legal possession of all current OEM Data required to complete the repair. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488190. The Coast Guard intends to issue a Not-To-Exceed post assessment firm fixed price repair order to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM Authorized Repair Facility, for repair IAW OEM Specifications using OEM Proprietary Data for the following items:

3 Each NSN 6625-14-545-4082, P/N ECT-115A297-NVG, AMMETER-DC
2 Each NSN 3040-14-526-8949, P/N ECT6445-003-00NVG, LEVER-COMMAND
1 Each NSN 6685-01-HS2-5964, P/N ECT-30AH1-NVG, INDICATOR SERVO AOA

All Repairs are to be IAW OEM Specifications. All "NVG" Part Numbers are to be returned in their original "NVG" configurations.

The Coast Guard does not own nor can provide the OEM's Repair Manuals or Proprietary Data. The OEM is EADS CONSTRUCCIONES AERONAUTICASS.A. DBA EADS CASA, AV. DE ARAGON 404, MADRID, ESP E-28022, Cage Code 0117B, and their domestic repair facility Cage Code is 0DAF1. Due to urgency of need, the closing date of this solicitation is December 28, 2012 at 4:00 pm EST. Anticipated award date is no later than January 4, 2013.
