This correspondence constitutes a letter solicitation to add items to the Parker Hannifin Joint Opportunity Contract (JOC) SPE4AX-14-D-9413. All terms and conditions of JOC SPE4AX-14-D-9413 will apply to any resultant award of this solicitation. Be advised, however that this requirement has been advertised on the Beta.SAM.Gov website for viewing by the general public. In the event another supplier indicates interest in responding to the requirement as a result of viewing the synopsis, a formal solicitation will be issued to accommodate the supplier.

In reply, please reference Solicitation Number SPRRA1-21-R-0034; Huntsville DLR Add.  This letter solicitation is issued for the purpose of adding two National Stock Numbers (NSNs) identified on Enclosure 1.  The Government requests your best pricing and delivery terms for the NSNs attached to this letter for Ordering Periods 8, 9, and 10.  NSN specific requirements are identified in Enclosures 1 and 2 (FAT, SNRR, TAMMS- A, IUID, Serial Numbering, Production Lot Testing and Contractor Furnished Reusable Containers). Additional clauses may be required for special requirements listed above but will be addressed on a case by case basis as applicable. The price and delivery proposed may be negotiated upon closing of this solicitation.  For non-commercial
items exceeding the $2,000,000.00 threshold, Certified Cost and Pricing Data must be submitted.
