Opportunity Summary The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract to design, construct and install a new Estacada District 2C Office Building. In order to meet our schedule delivery, ODOT is seeking a newly built Base Model Modular building that can be modified to meet ODOT layout. The building design will be a pleasing, professional architectural style while avoiding the appearance of excessive cost. for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.
