The ODNR, Division of Wildlife is seeking contractors to conduct dike maintenance / stabilization at Magee Marsh Wildlife Area. The wildlife area is located in Benton, Carrol and Jerusalem Townships within Ottawa and Lucas Counties. Managing wetland habitat in an altered landscape such as northwest Ohio often requires infrastructure. For this project we are focusing on armoring approximately 1000 linear feet of the lake front dike utilizing stockpiled type “A” riprap as the armor stone and Type “C” riprap as the base material to create the 4:1 slope.
