This notice of intent is not a request for quotes and no solicitation is available. Forty (40) EA Data Entry Units, NSN 7025016223155, Part Number 173-1001 will be procured to support an existing requirement. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The 633d Contracting Squadron at Langley AFB, VA hereby gives a notice of intent to award this acquisition as a sole source award to KIHOMAC, Inc., 12030 Sunrise Valley Dr Ste 320, Reston, VA, 20191 for the purchase of the items. The government intends to execute a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a firm-fixed price contract.  If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified items, they must respond to this notice before Tuesday, 14 September 2021, at 3:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EST). If no responses are received by the above referenced date/time a sole source contract will be awarded to KIHOMAC, Inc.
