This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Contract by The National Institutes of Health Occupational Therapy Section of Rehabilitation Medicine Clinical Brain Disorders Branch of Mental Health 9000 Rockville Pike, Bethesda Maryland, 20892 using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items (FAR Part 12) to procure 12 months 2/2009 to 2/2010 of service for Occupational Therapy to provide program development, clinical care, collaborative and, Principal Investigator research to adult patients within the Clinical Brain Disorders Branch of the National Institutes of Mental Health. The Government intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 for the above service to Susan D. Krutis, 24104 Shady Knoll Circle, Aldie, Va. 20105 Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE IS 621340. All responses received within 10 days of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
