This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as number 2014-Q-16241.
Any incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, effective August 1, 2013.
This RFQ is full and open competition. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is: 621111 with a small business size standard of: $10 million.
