The Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intents to award a sole source contract to Nanocellect Biomedical Inc. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, if interested, the Government shall consider all responses.

The provider needs to provide 18 dengue naive monkeys (Chlorocebus pygerythrus) age 3-8, weight 4-8 kg.  The service provide is responsible for obtaining an approved animalus protocal.  The provider needs to provide at least 36 money sera for pre-screening of seronegative monkeys.  After the pre-screening, 18 naive monkeys will be chosen for the study.  The entire study is constituted of 2 experiments.  Experiment-1 is to determine challenge dose and Experiment-2 is the passive transfer experiment.  POP: 2 years
