The vendor shall respond to this RFQ in FBO (https://www.fbo.gov/) system or email their response to: A1C Travis Hentzy, E-mail: [email protected], phone: (210) 671-1766, no later than 10:00am CST, 22 August 2014 - Friday (or sooner) in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made by the Contracting Officer that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
Delivery/Assembly: The items shall be unloaded by forklift or by hand by the contractor.
