OAKRIDGE SCHOOL DISTRICT OAKRIDGE SCHOOL DISTRICT IMPROVEMENTS BID PACKAGE 3: EMERGENCY GENERATOR IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Bids due 2:00 pm, February 4, 2021 INVITATION TO BID McKenzie Commercial Contractors, Inc., acting as Construction Manag er/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Oakridge School District, will receive subcontractor bids for the construction of the Oakridge Junior and Senior High School and Oakridge Elementary School Improvement Projects, as follows: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Briefly, the work consists of all, demolition, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil work for construction of Emergency Generator Improvements to Oakridge Junior and Senior High School located in Oakridge, Oregon. BID RECEIPT: Sealed bids will be received by the CM/GC until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, February 4, 2021, at the McKenzie Commercial office located at 865 West Second Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97402. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form, and clearly marked with the project name as well as the name and number of the individual bid package(s) for which the bid is submitted, as follows: "Oakridge School District Improve ments, Bid Package 3: Emergency Generator Improvement Project" Bids for Oakridge School District Improvements may, at Bidder's option, be faxed or emailed in accordance with the Bidding Requirements directly to the CM/GC as follows: Fax: 541-343-3306 Email: [email protected] McKenzie Commercial Contractors, Inc. intends to submit bids to perform work on certain bid packages. Sealed Bids are required for those Bid Packages noted in the Instructions to Bidders. On the date and time above all bids will be publically opened and read aloud. PREBID MEETING: An examination of Oakridge School District Generator Improvement Project site and conditions for interested bidders will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., local time, Friday, January 22, 2021 at the project site. Bidders shall meet with the CM/GC's representative at the McKenzie Commercial Contractors, Inc. job office located on the North side of the Oakridge Junior and Senior High campus at 47997 1st Street, Oakridge, Oregon 97463. Attendance at the Oakridge School District Emergency Generator Improve ment project Pre-bid Meeting is mandatory for Bidders of the following Bid Packages: Bid Package 3.04 - Electrical Bids submitted for this Bid Package from Bidders not in attendance at the Pre-bid Meeting will not be considered or read. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Qualification requirements for individual bid packages are stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Bidders must submit their qualifications for approval in accordance with the quali fication requirements stated in the Instructions to Bidders and elsewhere in the Bidding Documents.
