Sealed proposals will be received by the Clerk of said District at the office of FOLEYSHALD ENGINEERING, LLC, 14503 Grover Street, Suite 102, Omaha, NE 68144 until 2:00 P.M. on December 8, 2022, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the project designated as OAK LEAF SANITARY SEWER PHASE I for Sanitary and Improvement District 362, OF SARPY County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications for said work, at the locations shown on the detailed drawings and in the specifications now on file at the office of FOLEYSHALD ENGINEERING, LLC, at which time proposals received will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated. The amount of the engineer's estimate of the cost of said improvements (exclusive of engineering, fiscal, legal, interest, easement acquisition, and miscellaneous costs) is $3,618,400.
