This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This acquisition is conducted IAW FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable.
