The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Lodging:

 ROOMS: 12 Total Rooms, for a total of 135 Room Nights

7 Rooms for 15 nights each (06-21 July 2021)               = 105 Room Nights

1 Room for 18 nights each (6-24 July 2021)                 = 18 Room Nights

1 Room for 1 night each     (05-06 July 2021)                 = 1 Room Nights

1 Room for 5 nights each (11-16 July 2021)                   = 5 Room Nights

1 Room for 1 night each (18-19 July 2021)                     = 1 Room Nights

1 Room for 5 nights each (25-30 July 2021)                   = 5 Room Nights

The Hotel must be within ¼ mile of:

68 Lexington Avenue

New York, NY, 10100

Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26  with their quote.

This requirement is a small business set-aside.

Basis of award:

The award will be made to the vendor that meets the requirements of the Statement of Work and has the lowest price.   The government reserves the right to inspect the hotel for quality, cleanliness, and safety prior to issuing the award. 

Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered.  Quotes for lodging in multiple locations will not be considered.  All quotes must be submitted via email to Andrew Emrich at [email protected]

*Hotel's google review must be at least 3.5 out of 5 stars or better.

**All amendments will be posted to www.sam.gov, it is the vendor's responsibility to check if any amendments have been issued at least 24 hours prior to the closing date of the solicitation.   Individual notifications for amendments will not be sent.   All responses to clarification requests will also be posted to www.sam.gov
