The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Lodging:

ROOMS: 36 Total Rooms, for a total of 326 Room Nights

12 Rooms for 15 nights each (04 June 2021-19 June 2021)   = 180 Room Nights

2 Rooms for 6 nights each (04 June 2021-10 June 2021)       = 12 Room Nights

1 Room for 5 nights each   (04 June 2021-09 June 2021)       = 5 Room Nights

6 Rooms for 14 nights each (05 June 2021-19 June 2021)     = 84 Room Nights

1 Room for 5 nights each (05 June 2021-10 June 2021)         = 5 Room Nights

12 Rooms for 3 nights each (06 June 2021-09 June 2021)     = 36 Room Nights

2 Rooms for 2 nights each (07 June 2021-09 June 2021)       = 4 Room Nights

The Hotel must be within 20 driving miles of:

Glenville, NY, 12302

Single Occupancy Rooms Only

Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26  with their quote.

This requirement is a small business set-aside.

Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work attached.  If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect rooms to ensure the quality/cleanliness standard described in the Scope of Work has been met, prior to award.

Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered.  Quotes for lodging in multiple locations will not be considered.  All quotes must be submitted via email to Andrew Emrich at [email protected]

*Hotel's google review must be at least 3.5 out of 5 stars or better.

**All amendments will be posted to www.beta.sam.gov, it is the vendor's responsibility to check if any amendments have been issued at least 24 hours prior to the closing date of the solicitation.   Individual notifications for amendments will not be sent.   All responses to clarification requests will also be posted to www.beta.sam.gov
