This project is for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Western Acquisition Division (WAD), National Weather Service (NWS), Pacific Region (PR).  The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify interested and capable offerors for construction based opportunities on the island of Pago Pago, American Samoa 96799. NWS seeks complete services to procure, remove, replace, and properly dispose of all items listed in Projects above for all buildings.  The Contractor shall verify and confirm all quantities, measurements, and dimensions prior to ordering any materials and equipment.  Phasing of all work is advised to minimize disruption to operations.  The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, manpower, supplies, tools, and materials to accomplish the following work.  The Contractor is responsible for coordinating and acquiring any permits required to complete the work.
