Please indicate delivery date after receipt of order (ARO).  Award will be made on "all" or "none" basis.  Price should be FOB Destination to San Antonio, TX 78243.  Please include shipping in the unit price of your quote and not as a separate line item.  In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code & DUNS number. 

To be eligible for award, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).  Offerors may obtain information on SAM IAW 52.204-7, System for Award Management and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at www.sam.gov.
