THIS IS A SOURCES SOUCHT ANNOUNCEMENT; THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT.  It is published for informational and planning purposes only and NOT as a request for competitive quotations, therefore, no solicitation documentation exists with this notice.  The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources.  In order to develop a sound acquisition strategy, participation is this effort is strictly voluntary.  Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the government to make an appropriate acquisition decision.  Interested parties responding to this notice should articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.

The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic, Fort Bragg intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for NuVasive Spinal Implants (Supplies/Products) for the Department of Surgery located at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC. 

All products/supplies must be FDA approved, and meet the Surgeon/Patient requirements.  Interested parties that are other than the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), must provide evidence that there is an existing and ongoing business relationship that will allow distribution of the OEM products.  The Primary NAICS Code is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing; FSC Code is 6515.

The Vendor shall provide Implants for Anterior and Posterior Cervical, Cervical Disc Arthroplasty, Lumbar Procedures, Lateral Procedures, and TLIF. These products include the XLIF, XLIF Corpectomy, Posterior Cervical Fusion, ACDF, MAS PLIF, MAS TLIF, ALIF, IGA and Posterior Fixation.
