The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) proposes to purchase a subscription to Nuclear Intelligence Weekly electronic newsletter from Energy Intelligence Group, Inc. The proposed effort will provide 30 users at NRC with electronic access to Nuclear Intelligence Weekly newsletter. The period of performance for this effort is one base year and two (2) one year options. The authority for negotiating on a sole source bases is made under 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)( 1) and FAR 13.106-1 which permits soliciting from a single source, if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only once source is reasonably available. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511120 (Size Standard: 500 Employees). Energy Intelligence, under copyright is the sole publisher of Nuclear Intelligence Weekly electronic newsletter and no other organization is authorized to publish the journals. This notice of intent is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. A final determination not to award this proposed procurement based on responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this solicitation must show clear and concise information and should be advantageous to both the vendor and the Government. Interested vendors must submit their capabilities to Wanda M.
