The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to make a sole source award to Energy Intelligence Group, Inc. of 5 E 37th St, New York, NY 10016. NRC has a requirement for Nuclear Intelligence Weekly electronic newsletter subscriptions to provide Agency wide access for a base year and four option years.

Energy Intelligence Group, Inc. is the sole source available for annual subscriptions of Nuclear Intelligence Weekly and online access. Leadership Directories does not have any distributors or resellers.

The proposed contract is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), authorized by FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(2). For purchases exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source responsibly available.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. TELEPHONE RESPONSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon the responses to this notice, is solely within discretion of the Government.
