The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures with Energy Intelligence Group, Inc. (EIG) to renew NRC's annual subscription to EIG'S Nuclear Intelligence Weekly (NIW) electronic newsletter for the period of January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014. The contract will allow NRC staff to access NIW's electronic newsletter. The newsletter is published on a weekly basis and it is used by NRC staff to obtain knowledge on financial, uranium and global fuel-cycle markets required in support of the agency's regulatory and licensing mission.

NRC's recent market research that this renewal is only available from EIG. However, any sources that can demonstrate that they are authorized by EIG to provide renewal to the aforementioned subscription are encouraged to respond to this notice and submit evidence of that authorization to [email protected] by the closing date for this notice.
