This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for non-personal services to procure Powerscribe 360 v4.x radiology voice dictation software upgrades for 26 primary radiology reading MTFs and three spoke sites.  The resultant contract will include an upgrade to the existing software (Powerscribe 360 v.2.5), several hardware upgrades to handle adjusted workload, and professional services from the vendor to adequately train radiology staff members, and system administrators on the functions of the new system. The Contractor is required to perform all of the tasks listed in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide all items included in the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure.
