DISA/DITCO intends to issue a brand name purchase order for the acquisition of Nuance Dragon NaturallySpeaking Software License and Maintenance in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) .  The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws.  No third party maintenance is authorized.  Period of performance is 7 June 2010 through 6 June 2011.  Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the attached solicitation, HC1028-10-T-2152, and return it via email to [email protected] by 11:00 AM (Central Time) on 7 June 2010. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order.  The NAICS code is 541511 for this procurement.  The justification detailing the government's essential need for Nuance Dragon NaturallySpeaking is attached.
